We want you to be happy with your Halo Total Blackout Blinds. If you are not, we offer a 90-day return window.

90-Day Returns

You may request a return within 90 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item should be in its original condition and packaging where possible.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at infopawberryus@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with photos and your order number, and we will make it right.
